August 13- Volunteer/Member Recognition Picnic at Junction Creek Group Picnic Area. 4-5 pm, social hour. 5 pm Vittles, awards following. New menu and lots of fun! Come meet other volunteers and members who support SJMA! Special guest appearances by our agency partners.

September 24-National Public Lands Day, This years NPLD event will be at Sand Canyon in partnership with Canyons of the Ancients National Monument and the BLM. Volunteers will be needed to help install signs and reclaim illegal routes in order to protect the cultural resources in the canyon. Space is limited so please save the date and reserve your spot.
